I felt unimportant as my salesman was trying to service three customers at once. When you make a big purchase, you want to feel like you are being taken care of, but I didn't. My loan was almost entered incorrectly which would have made my payments $40 higher a month. When I brought this to my salesman's attention, he said they would have called me on Monday to fix the mistake. All in all, just a bad experience. More
