Great staff and easy to work with I contacted Ron Marhofer because of an ad that I saw on autotrader.com. I have been wanting to purchase the Genesis Coupe for quite some time but was I contacted Ron Marhofer because of an ad that I saw on autotrader.com. I have been wanting to purchase the Genesis Coupe for quite some time but was discouraged by other dealerships when I told them I was a first time buyer with no co-signer. I reached out to Ron Marhofer, since I live about an hour away their team was able to help me over the phone with most of the negotiations. I was very excited when their salesmen Ben called me back to let me know I was APPROVED! I drove to the dealership a few days later with my down payment and was greeted at the door by name.
