It took them 7 weeks to repair my truck. When I picked it up and started to drive home the check engine light came on in 60 miles then 2 days later started leaking Diesel fuel from the mecha When I picked it up and started to drive home the check engine light came on in 60 miles then 2 days later started leaking Diesel fuel from the mechanic not tightening the injector lines. Now it’s sitting at a dealership in Kennesaw near my home after repairs from faulty workmanship in Marianna and taking way to long to cover the repairs. More

Very disappointed in this dealership and its service department. Truck has been there for over 3 weeks! No rental. No loaner. Several times I have been on hold for over 20 mins and then someone picks up department. Truck has been there for over 3 weeks! No rental. No loaner. Several times I have been on hold for over 20 mins and then someone picks up and has forgotten all about me. Screenshots to prove it. Called and had people tell me they would get so and so to call me back. Days will pass and no one calls back. Supposed to be fixed. Dissatisfied with GM. Been a loyal customer for over 23 years. Bought my first GM vehicle in 03 again in 09, 16, & now 22. 50k miles on it. Major issues. Very disappointed in GM not making this situation right. Teacher being stranded for weeks with a job to get to. No rental! No loaner! Part of this is on the dealership part of this is on GM as a whole. More
