Worst customer service I have ever encountered. While test driving my car, I found a slash in the sidewall of one tire. They promised to replace the tire so I went ahead with the deal. In finance, While test driving my car, I found a slash in the sidewall of one tire. They promised to replace the tire so I went ahead with the deal. In finance, I was told they were only going to replace with a used tire. I should have walked at that point but wanted the car so I closed the deal. The next day, they sent me to a used tire place that was basically a shack on the side of the road where a kid replaced my tire with a bald tire dated 0417. This was a 5 year old tire being replaced onto my 2021 BMW. I called to complain and was told they would only replace it again. I had to go out of town so went ahead and got the tire replaced with a new one at my own cost. I then asked for some minimal compensation for my inconvenience and was told that I had to bring the old tire back before they would do anything. I drove 64 miles round trip back to them and gave them the old tire back, again at loss of my time and gas. The next day I was told that they would only give me another used tire as that is all they owed me. Dispicable!!! Run as fast as you can away from these scoundrels. They have no sense of customer service. More
