Marietta Auto Sales / ProCars is a great place to shop for cars, I do recommend looking at their inventory on line first, but once you get their they will do the rest, Manny and the rest of the staff are for cars, I do recommend looking at their inventory on line first, but once you get their they will do the rest, Manny and the rest of the staff are very professional and will smoothly walk/talk you through the process answering any and all questions that you may have while also making sure you get the vehicle that you want. I recently made a car purchase with Marlon Jones at Marietta Auto Sales. Marlon is a good guy, very friendly and helpful, but I cannot recommend purchasing a car from them. I bought a used Jeep. was Marietta Auto Sales. Marlon is a good guy, very friendly and helpful, but I cannot recommend purchasing a car from them. I bought a used Jeep. was told it went through an extensive service review by their Service Dept prior to the sale. As I signed the agreement, the finance guy tried to sell me the extended warranty. I opted against it, but asked what happens if I drive off the lot and something immediately goes wrong. I was assured again, they would never allow a car with issues to be sold. Sure enough, the day after I bought the car, a check engine light came on, an oil change light came on, a tire pressure light came on, and I found an issue with the A/C. I contacted Marlon, again he was very helpful and responsive, told me to bring it back in and ask for his Mgr Jake, I was assured he'd help take care of the issues. I came in to see Jake, he was not very friendly or helpful, seemed "annoyed" that I brought the car back. He arranged for me to leave the car with the service dept for a review. I stressed that the A/C issue was very alarming, along with the other indicators. They keep the car for almost two days and I was told everything was addressed. I was pretty astonished when I returned to find that the tire pressure light was still on and the A/C issue was never reviewed. I brought it back to Marlon and he called the service team. They confided they were only told to address the check engine light and oil change. Marlon took the Jeep back and had the tire pressure issue addressed, but I was basically left to figure out what's going on with the A/C on my own. This is a car that I overpaid for due to market conditions...and now I have to address an issue 3 days after buying the car. It is clear this car never went through any type of review prior to the sale...they were not upfront with me and I am not satisfied with this purchase. If I would have known this in advance, I would not have made this purchase. I think Marlon is a good guy, but his boss Jake is a typical used car salesman...I would highly recommend being very careful if you are looking at buying a car from Marietta Auto Sales. More
