One star because I can’t leave zero. The actual buying process was fine. I bought online from out of state, which was obviously a mistake. The people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. It arrived with the entire audio/ idea system broken and unusable. This isn’t just a “radio” problem as it involves access to most features of the car. They stated they had no idea and it was fine when it left. They were supposed to deal with the transport company over this, but I never heard back. In the meantime, I am trying to have it repaired myself. After a couple days the car started going into “limp mode,” not going over 15 mph. It has to be parked and allowed to sit before it will restart normally. It has error codes and lights all over the place. I notified them of this and received no response either. I do not believe that nobody knew this care had these problems when they sold it to me. I believe an out of state buyer was an easy target, as I can simply be ignored. Georgia has some interesting vehicle fraud laws that cover these situations and it is being looked into. Buyer beware. Go to a name-brand dealer and avoid this place. More
