Difficult made possible. After weeks of searching east of the Mississippi river, we found the Lexus LS460L we wanted at Marietta Auto Sales. Not being able to travel the 500 miles to look at the car, we had to rely on their reputation via reviews as well as the pictures and CarFax. When I contacted the dealership, Luis answered the phone and answered all of my questions as best he could. He also provided me with additional video of particular things about which I was concerned. He connected me with Chase and the two of them helped us through a complicated and stressful transaction very efficiently. We had the car shipped and are driving it now. I must say that they did not misrepresent it in any way and it is 95+ percent of what I hoped it would be. I could not be more pleased with Luis and Chase as well as the other staff members that we spoke to. These are very busy people but once you have their attention they get things done very efficiently . More
