My experience with Marietta Auto This is my honest review, i haven't been paid or coerced, Lol. The customer service here SERIOUSLY impressed me!! My experience with Marietta Auto Sales started with my test drive with Anthony (Hayes). He was super friendly and personable and answered all my questions about the 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe I wanted to purchase. He wasn't pushy or car salesy, just cool and patient. I did a test drive right before leaving for a week-long vacation and, unlike every SINGLE other car dealership I visited before my vacation, Anthony didnt call and text me 50 million times a day bugging me about when I'd come back in. He respected my time and didnt push. When I came back, I requested a pre-purchase inspection, brought it back, and there was a small hiccup but Anthony was out sick so i spoke with another salesperson who turned me ALL THE WAY OFF with his indifference and lack of good customer service. Like, I told him to give me my check back and was prepared to walk out. Luckily, I was able to speak with Sedric, the business manager, before i left and he addressed my concerns calmly and patiently. He could tell I was frustrated and really wanted to keep my business, which I appreciated SO MUCH. After that, the process of buying was incredibly smooth. Sedric promised to take care of the inspection issues personally, and have the car ready the very next day (today). He did exactly what he promised he would do, with the BEST attitude and customer service. I was ON FIRE when I sat down at his desk and he didnt even break a sweat, lol. (I HIGHLY recommend speaking with him if you run into any problems.) Picked up the car the next day, Anthony was back and got me in and out. I expected to be in the dealership forever, but he took care of my financing, kept the energy upbeat, answered every single one of my 7.8 million questions, and made sure I got exactly what i wanted. Communicative and funny and well-informed. Go straight to HIM when you go there, he's gonna take the best care of you. :) There was a small glitch in the process, but the way these guys turned a potentially bad experience around deserves 10 BIG STARS! Car buying is crazy stressful but I definitely made the right choice coming here, despite some of the bad experiences of others. More

No follow-up, car not prepped, sent license to wrong address I was given a second key to my vehicle and it turned out it was not for my vehicle, however for another one they had. I called Cedrick, the manager and informed him of this and he has never followed-up. When I tried him a second time, his voice mailbox was full and not taking any more messages. I took my first trip with the car from Atlanta to Chattanooga and when I parked, I noticed the temp license plate was hanging on to the vehicle by one screw. The screw on the right side was too small to hold the plate and it could have blown off completely. I had to improvise and use my house key to put it back on. When I test drove he vehicle it showed low tire pressure in the left rear. After I bought it, I filled the tire up twice and it kept happening. When I inspected it, there was bolt in the thread. In addition, the overhead console where lights and garage links and sunroof operation buttons were located was loose. I has to take it to Porsche and spent $100 on repairs. I got a good vehicle, however their service after the sale is non-existent and if you buy there, inspect EVERYTHING before you leave. They charged me a $655 "dealer prep" fee and for the life of me, I cannot figure out why. I had to report my license plates lost or stolen and then had to stand in line to have them reissued; I still have only one key and I spent $100 to fix the overhead console and $30 for tire repair. Never heard anything from them. More

As soon as I contacted him about wanting to purchase an Audi A7 off their lot i had the best experience working with Chauncey at marrietta auto sales. As soon as I contacted him about wanting to purchase an Audi A7 off their lot, he immediately provided me with everything I needed to close the deal and drive off the next morning in my new car. No problems, paperwork was explained and minimal and he made the whole experience very easy and fast. I love my new car and the service that I was provided. Thank you Chauncey!! More
