Generic and empty response After being in contact with this dealership for a year trying to get issues resolved the GM finally responded to me only because of the negative revie After being in contact with this dealership for a year trying to get issues resolved the GM finally responded to me only because of the negative reviews I have posted. So as of today they refuse to do the right thing and fix $4000 worth of existing issues or fix the dent that was put in my rear quarter panel while on their lot “getting” fixed. After ruining my front and rear seat covers with grease, not sure why there would be grease on rear seats if they were working on a emergency brake, they called me wanting a copy of the receipt for what I paid for the seat covers so they could replace them. I will post a review as to whether or not they follow through with that. Avoid Avoid Avoid More

Although, when I first called to enquair about my future buy,, I was insulted by the first individual whom i spoken to .due to his ignorancy by assuming whom is a potential buyer or a joker although I wasn't deterred I was actually determined to prove him wrong by making sure that I purchased the vehicle of my interest.perhaps this will teach him a lesson that one must not Judge a book by it cover and always consider each individual whom he get in contact with as a potential buyer and should be treated as such. This individual assumed that I was a joker due to my accent I was offended but, wasn’t deterred it only made me more determined to prove him wrong by completing the purchase I didn't get upset because that only made me more determined I consider it just as a nature of an ignorant man who judge a book by it cover. I was unable to get this individual name but, it's ok because his ignorancy course him a sale from potential buyer just because he decider to judge a book by it cover. Over all I hard a great experience with Mr. Brooks, and i will definitely do business with him in the future and recommend a future buyer to him.lastly I am certified with my but because I got the vehicle of my choice.
