I'm from Ohio and looked within a 500 mile radius and this was my first out of state car. Finally, I found one in Atlanta. The dealership kept forgetting my information, wouldn't call me back, had me on hold for forever, and after taking my deposit (to hold the car) sold it to another customer. The deposit was returned but I was furious to the point of tears. It took forever to find that car, how would I find another one? Thankfully that same day I found Marietta Auto Sales and met Anthony Brooks. Anthony was more than great he was beyond awesome! He called me back, he followed up on my questions, he video chatted with me to see the vehicle and made sure the vehicle was locked down until I got there lol. The car was/is awesome and exactly what I expected. Toby was the money man and very personable as well as great with getting me still within my price range with a 100,000 mile extended warranty (great for a high-miled car) and less than 4.5 interest rate! Can I get a whoop whoop?!? Overall my experience with Marietta Auto Sales and their team was phenomenal. I didn't feel sales pitched or coerced and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you all very much and expect some more Ohioans! More
They lied to me and ripped me off. They are crooks. I was promised 2 key fobs/remotes and acceptable tires to pass inspection. When it was delivered this week, the spare key was not present and the tire I was promised 2 key fobs/remotes and acceptable tires to pass inspection. When it was delivered this week, the spare key was not present and the tires were bald. The car was unable to pass inspection and I am owed a spare key fob/remote. I spoke with the salesman, Anthony Brooks, who openly lied about the second key and tires before the purchase. He assured me that it would pass inspection and they recently put new tires on the car. He also told me he put the spare key in the glove compartment box, but the delivery driver, Thomas Morton, said he saw the salesman put only the contract paperwork in the glove compartment box with no key. Anthony was unwilling to correct this. I spoke with his supervisor, Sedric Mosley, on Friday, 02/02/2018, via a phone conference and he dismissed my claims without wanting to see the proof gathered from photos and a witness testimony from the delivery driver, Tomas Morton, at the time of delivery. I have photos, emails, a witness, and texts saved to document my proof of what was promised, and what I did not receive. Be warned NOT to buy from these crooks. Buy from literally anywhere else. They are not reputable and they are unwilling to make this right. Do not trust them. More

The car appeared to be in good mechanical condition and they sprayed the whole engine with some kind of syrupy goo that made it appear shiny and new. Upon further examination, I found a large rip in the carpet, the passenger seat was not adjustable, two tires were nearly flat (and the TPMS sensor was reporting it, the gas tank was on "E" and there was a rear floor mat missing. After a few hours of negotiations, I was able to get them down to a fair selling price with the understanding that I would get a full tank of gas, the tires would get checked and the rear mat replaced. By the time they got me into finance (hours later), I was so ready to get out of there that I forgot about all the previously mentioned items. They did put some air in the tires and reset the TPMS sensor - but that was it. No mat, no gas, no real inspection of the tires and no offer to fix the passenger seat. They were ready to sell the car, as it had been there for over 100 days, according to Iffy. It's been three weeks now and I have had to put $400 into the brake system (warped front rotors and all the pads were worn down to nothing) and $1000 in tires (they were some terrible off brand and two of them had slow leaks while the other two were practically showing belts). While they called me on a DAILY basis about picking up the motorcycle I traded in for it, I have not received a call about the rear mat, the tank of gas or the seat. They just want to sell you their junk.... and it reflects in their prices once you have laughed off the sticker. More

Took it to a reputable dealership and was greeted with a $4300 estimate for repairs that were needed. Finance guy lied about warranty and told me it covered the already existing suspension lift etc. Took it to Marietta Auto sales because I was assured that all the issues would be fixed. Wrong....another lie. I paid a $100 deductible and left vehicle to be fixed. A couple weeks later I picked it up to only have the check engine light come on and emergency brake not work when I got home. Almost a year later and 100’s of phone calls my Jeep is back at Marietta Auto Sales where it has been for two weeks and was made aware today the only thing they are fixing is the emergency brake. My vehicle sat on the lot in the same spot for days before they even looked at it. Also told me the other dealership was over estimating the cost and number of issues they found. Can’t wait to let that dealership know they were called liars by Marietta Auto Sales. Also, the first time my Jeep was at Marietta Auto Sales for two weeks someone damaged the rear passenger corner. I have before and after pictures. They have yet to acknowledge that it happened or a solution to fix it. They’re favorite say is “ you bought a used car so you should expect issues.” Unfortunately for them.....they don’t know how stubborn a Marine can be. This is down to principle and just good business practices at this point. Be very careful when dealing with this place. More
