Man, what a miserable experience at this shop from beginning to end. I got text messages from Roy asking what vehicle I was scheduled to see an hour before my appointment. The front headlights were filled with moisture. The salesrep was new and knew nothing about Muranos. The call center rep did not reply to my emails. The dealership was understaffed and so made us wait about 20 min. I would skip this place. More
