Don’t believe their 160 point check sales pitch. I purchased a 2018 certified Acura MDX from this dealership in March 2021. The sales person rushed for sale and did not give much time to inspect the vehicle. Upon reversing the vehicle I heard a bit of noise. After a few days, I took the vehicle to my local Acura dealership and found the brakes among a few other maintenance items needed to be replaced. The brakes were not covered under the certified warranty. The manager at Marin Acura stated they would not pay for any of the brake replacement costs. A customer should not have to worry about about replacing something so necessary such as brakes upon a vehicle purchase. I expected more from an Acura dealership and am very disappointed in the low vehicle standards and poor customer service. From other Marin Acura reviews, it is apparent that low vehicle standards and unethical practices are common practice at this dealership. Marin Acura does NOT stand by the quality of their vehicles and this is very disheartening. Marin Acura is a bad representation of a luxury brand like Acura. I will definitely NOT purchase another vehicle from Marin Acura. More

I was a little hesitant as an out of state buyer but Edmond Kim and the team at Marin Acura were amazing. I recently purchased a Honda CRV. We recently purchased a 2021 ILX from Marin Acura and it was the best! Daniel was absolutely the best to deal with from the very start-so knowledgeable about every aspect of the brand and our car, but also was the best! Yesterday I visited Marin Acura with the hopes of checking out their pre-owned inventory but I was not positive that I was ready to purchase a new car. I was first greeted by Christine who was extremely friendly and upfront. We went on a test drive and she was very attentive and ensured that I was comfortable in the car before asking if I liked it. I was then sent to Jean-Pierre in finance who was very friendly and charismatic. He worked very quickly to finalize outstanding paperwork. Overall, I felt that this was an honest and group of people to work with and I left feeling that I could recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a car. Thanks for all of your help! More
