We walked in this past Saturday thinking we wanted either an MDX or a Ford Explorer. We were in great hands with Mani. He took for a test drive, gave a good analysis of the differences between the Ford Expl an MDX or a Ford Explorer. We were in great hands with Mani. Everything that he said as consistent with our own research between the two models/brands. (For the record, Ford makes great cars, no disrespect). We just found the car that was right for us. We were able to negotiate several upgrades and Mani was very fair, professional, easy going and help us get the deal done in a few hours. He was also kind enough to drop off our new vehicle a day later after the finishing touches were completed on our upgrades. Great dealership. Highly recommend! This dealership was friendly and effective when working with me. It was evident that they wanted to do business with me and made it a very enjoyable experience. The only negative (and it was a small one) is that the dealership had set up many appointments for the same day and time and therefore it took a bit longer to make the transaction than I had anticipated. The entire staff was friendly and responsive without being pushy.Once we agreed to the price,they kept to their word and did not try to Marin Acura.
