I was in contact with several dealers looking for a specific model/color combo and Edmond was very responsive via both email and phone. I was interested in an used Acura RDX 2011 model and Edmond contacted me immediately. At no point did I feel swindled or intimidated by the process. I did a lot of research before making my purchase, so I knew what would be a fair price. Edmund and his boss accepted my offer and made the deal happen that day. I had received much higher price points from other Acura dealers and walked away time and time again. But I felt comfortable with the price point at this dealership. I wanted a specific color, so Marin Acura had the car driven in from a sister dealership an hour away at rush hour. Edmund helped detail the car himself so that I received my new car same day. Edmund delivered the car as promised and in stellar condition. Edmund even drove out to my house in San Francisco to deliver a copy of my purchases agreement a week after the purchase. Excellent service.
