This review is about the service dept. Came in with a CVT issue and routine maintenance needs. The techs dismissed my CVT concern with unrelated explanation. CVT Issue kept getting worse Came in with a CVT issue and routine maintenance needs. The techs dismissed my CVT concern with unrelated explanation. CVT Issue kept getting worse until car became underivable two months later. As for the routine maintenance part, the service performed tasks that I had not requested, and failed to perform tasks that I had asked for, and charged me for things that I didn't request as well. As for CVT issue, sadly I was *66 miles* out of warranty and Subaru of America didn't cover the repair or even half. Moral of the story, don't buy a Subaru because the company doesn't stand behind their product and warranty. And never go to Marin Subaru, they are an incompetent bunch that will cost you money, time, and grief. More

Marin Subaru did a great job in getting my car scheduled for service. They did a 60k service inspection, although costly. I was happy with their work.
