⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) My experience with Marina Chrysler was one of the most frustrating and damaging business transactions I have ever encountered. We entered discussions regarding the sale of our 2024 Tesla one of the most frustrating and damaging business transactions I have ever encountered. We entered discussions regarding the sale of our 2024 Tesla Model Y. After receiving what we believed was an extremely low-ball offer, we decided not to move forward with the transaction. The situation became even more concerning when a check that had been issued was subsequently subjected to a stop payment. As a result, we repossessed and retained possession of the vehicle. Months after the vehicle had been back in our possession, we were shocked to discover that the dealership had reportedly caused the vehicle to be flagged as stolen through law enforcement channels, despite the fact that the vehicle had never been fully paid for and had already been recovered by us. This created significant hardship and disruption. Being associated with a stolen vehicle report can have serious consequences, and it negatively impacted our ability to use and enjoy a vehicle that was lawfully in our possession. The entire ordeal has felt unnecessary, retaliatory, and completely avoidable. What should have been a simple failed business transaction escalated into months of stress, inconvenience, and uncertainty. Rather than resolving the matter professionally and moving on, actions were taken that created additional complications for everyone involved. We have repeatedly requested that Marina Chrysler contact the appropriate authorities to immediately correct any stolen vehicle report and ensure that all records accurately reflect the status of the vehicle. At this point, our only goal is to have the matter resolved properly and to cut ties amicably so all parties can move forward. Businesses are judged not only by how they handle successful transactions but also by how they handle deals that fall through. Based on our experience, Marina Chrysler failed that test. We expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Instead, we were left dealing with unnecessary complications that should never have occurred. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with this dealership to thoroughly document every communication, retain copies of all paperwork, and ensure that any transaction is fully completed and funded before relinquishing control of a vehicle. We sincerely hope management takes steps to resolve this matter immediately and prevent similar situations from affecting other customers in the future. More
Went for oil change they messed up my info on my computer. The Service writer was excellent. Whoever did the oil change moved moved my mirrors seat and lost all my computer info.he likedto play wi computer. The Service writer was excellent. My partner & I went to Marina with the intention of purchasing a Jeep Compass, however walked out without making a deal and will not be returning. The sales consultant we worked with Jim Pullara, was l purchasing a Jeep Compass, however walked out without making a deal and will not be returning. The sales consultant we worked with Jim Pullara, was less than interested in assisting us and was out right rude. Jim interrupted my partner and I when we attempted to ask questions, was very dismissive and actually laughed when my partner asked a question. Jim did not go over vehicle features, but simply handed us a list and told us to read it. Jim ran financial figures for us but refused to give us our paper with our hand written notes on to take with us. When we attempted to leave Jim seemed to act very surprised that we had not made a deal and became pushy. Overall the Jeep Compass seemed great, however it was the sales experience that detoured us from the making a purchase. More
