Having far from perfect credit, I contacted this dealership due to an ad in our local Pennysaver Ad Paper. I emailed them and Aaron got back to me almost immediately. Upon arriving Jim Pullara greeted me at the door and we sat down. I told Jim my story and he said let him see what he could do as he wanted to get me pre-approved so there was no dissapointment on my part. It only took about 40 minutes and he had me approved. The Sales Manager, Chad, came over and introduced himself and we talked for a minute. Jim then showed me a vehicle I qualified for - 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in Cosmic Blue. I wasn't expecting that - fully expecting I'd have to purchase a used car if I was approved at all. Jim and I took the car for a test drive and I really loved it. They wanted to clean it and wash it so it was agreed I'd go back at 4 pm to pick it up and sign the papers. I went in and waited a short period of time and the Finance Manager - Jeff - came out and we went into his office and he explained my financial deal and went over "add-ons". I purchased the extended warranty and we continued on. The whole financial end of the deal took only a few minutes. Jim then took me on a tour of the Service and Parts department and introduced me to some of the employees. I left with my Outlander a short time later and I absolutely love it. The entire experience from my first e-mail to leaving with my vehicle was wonderful - they are very helpful and did all they could for me. The staff is friendly and courteous. I truly consider this dealership a Top Choice for anyone needing "extra" help due to credit issues, etc. I will definately deal with them again when I need a new vehicle and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. I love my new car and it's such a pleasure to drive somewhere now. More
