Sales person was good, but the dealership does not stand behind their vehicles. I had problems as soon as I picked the car up and they told me not to worry. If after a couple weeks I was still having the p behind their vehicles. I had problems as soon as I picked the car up and they told me not to worry. If after a couple weeks I was still having the problem with my clutch I could bring it in. The problem continued to get worse so I did bring it in within 2 weeks and they refused to repair it. I said that wasn't good enough so they said they would talk to management and get back to me. After 3 weeks nobody had called me back. The sales person finally called just to check in and I let him know that management had never gotten back to me. He had the GM Tom Rosati get in touch with me right away. Tom apologized and said he thought his manager had already handled it. Then began going back and forth with him about repairing it which he said he couldn't pay for the whole thing which I felt was lousy. But rather than take nothing we agreed for him to send me a letter that would guarantee me if the clutch completely failed within 6 months they would split the cost with me. So I said fine. Needless to say he never sent the letter. Also, gave them my service business (was within the first 2 weeks) and they not only double charged me for the service and took nearly a week to get my money back the double charged me, they also screwed up my tire pressure monitor which was working fine when I brought it in. I brought it back and they were not able to fix that either. All in all, they made many assurances/promises to me and followed through on none. At this point I would just want to say buyer beware. More

After having a bad experience at another dealership, with high pressure sales tactics, it was refreshing to work with Mike and everyone at Marina. They were patient and let us take our time to make a decision on a vehicle rather than telling us that we needed to make a decision "right then." We bought a Chrysler Town and Country mini van, and we love it! It has so many extras that I thought we would never be able to afford. The only thing missing was the remote start, but Marina offered to order and install one for us, including it in our sales price, which made it very convenient. When I took the car back in for the installation, I was met with the same friendliness and customer-focused attitude at the service desk. I would definitely recommend Marina for a new car purchase. I happened to drive over to Marina because they had a used compass and was greeted by wonderful, kind ladies at the front desk. And then was greeted by Jerry. He was easy going and not a bit pushy at all. I went to him with EXACTLY what I was looking for. What I drive, how far I drive, whats important to me and what I wanted to learn and see in comparison to a 2012 Compass and 2011. Jerry listened intently to everything. Had thorough explanations for everything I asked. And after test driving a 2.0 sport basic and a 2.4 liter Latitude version of the compass, I was sold on the Latitude, which was the first version Jerry brought me. I was in love with it, HANDS DOWN!!!Jerry worked to get me financed and so did the Marina team. Amazing!!!And the day of pick up was even better. What a good guy, what a great place.
