I went to the dealership on whim. Not really expecting much. Previous to this experience, every encounter I had with a dealership was awful. I walked in with very low expectations. I walked out with a changed view of the car buying experience. The salesman, Jim Pullara, was courteous, knowledgeable and effecient. I found Jason Ivy, the finance person, to be the same. They both said that the owner, John Gabriele, "went to bat" for me. The deal that I ended up with was $100 a month less than what I thought. With the kind service and hard work of these gentlemen Marina Dodge has earned me as a customer for Life!! More
They keep my keys and reg behind their desk when it time for me to leave because I would sign off on "the best deal" they had. We were very comfortable while purchasing our new Dodge Caravan. Jim Pullara is very knowledgeable,helpful, and genuinely friendly. I had my oil changed and my radio replaced for the 3rd time under warranty. The dealership failed to put a new oil sticker on my windshield and eventhough I told them to make sure they registered my new r time under warranty. The dealership failed to put a new oil sticker on my windshield and eventhough I told them to make sure they registered my new radio with SiriusXM, they failed to do so, and I lost my satillite radio a day later for the second time due to them changing the radio. I even told them before my appointment to make sure they changed the radio with SiriusXM. I will not return to this dealership for service again. More
Marina was pretty good to me. The only problem I had was that I had to drive back to Marina twice to sign paperwork and when I arrived the second time was told that someone from Marina could have come to me that I had to drive back to Marina twice to sign paperwork and when I arrived the second time was told that someone from Marina could have come to me to have the paperwork signed. I live over an hour away from Marina and this would have been a very valuable service to me. I also feel like I was almost deceived. I would have liked to have the bluetooth capability enabled as well as satellite radio but wasn't told that it was really an option to have that done until I was asked to sign a paper saying that I wasn't promised anything other than what I was getting in my car. I would come back, but I would certainly be a bit more careful. I hear the commercials all the time and felt like I could get a good deal there. More
