I had my oil changed and my radio replaced for the 3rd time under warranty. The dealership failed to put a new oil sticker on my windshield and eventhough I told them to make sure they registered my new r time under warranty. The dealership failed to put a new oil sticker on my windshield and eventhough I told them to make sure they registered my new radio with SiriusXM, they failed to do so, and I lost my satillite radio a day later for the second time due to them changing the radio. I even told them before my appointment to make sure they changed the radio with SiriusXM. I will not return to this dealership for service again. More

I called Marina's Service Department after hearing from a friend how fantastic she was treated; being a female and not knowing much of anything about cars (other than where the gas tank is..) a potential rep friend how fantastic she was treated; being a female and not knowing much of anything about cars (other than where the gas tank is..) a potential repair seemed overwhemling; Leo (A Service Writer) explained everything, kept me informed along the way, updated me as to what was an urgent repair versus what could wait, - and there wasn't one part of the process that I felt was the slightest bit intimidated or taken advantage of. I would HIGHLY recommend Marina, The Service Department and now I know (for sure) where I'll be buying MY next vehicle! Thanks Marina!! More
