2017 Volkswagen Jetta. I visited the Volkswagen dealership just to test drive a Jetta. I wanted to get a feel for one since I was considering buying one. Immediately I was a I visited the Volkswagen dealership just to test drive a Jetta. I wanted to get a feel for one since I was considering buying one. Immediately I was approached by Parker. We sat down and talked about what I was looking for and then took a test drive. I really liked driving the car. So we went and talked some more about how McGrath and Volkswagen could make it affordable for me. The whole process took a few hours from start to finish. And they were able to find exactly what I wanted and got it to me as quick as they could. The only negative is that I didn't get the price I wanted. I had been hoping for a price of under $20k. After taxes and every thing else, my price was about $23k. I will say this, though. When I have to go somewhere now, I really look foreword yo driving my car. More

New vehicle purchase Overall we are fairly satisfied. Concerns we had about the vehicle were handled in a timely fashion. Only problem now is getting our license plates. They were shipped out a week ago to McGrath and so far after numerous phone calls by both myself and my husband we have not learned the whereabouts of said license plates. We keep being told that they've been watching for them but as of yet have no idea where they are at. It seems like it is up to the customer to keep after them if the customer has something they need regarding their purchase. More

We swung in and spotted a few trucks that we liked. The following Monday I stopped in and Vincent greeted me immediately and was very approachable. Typically I do not like to deal with car salespeople until I am sure we would be dealing on a vehicle. In short order, he showed me the trucks I was asking about and was not trying to push me into a vehicle I was not interested in or knew was out of my budget limit. The few trucks we looked at were in great shape but ended up being out of our price range. A few days went by and he kept looking at his inventory, went to the other lots in the McGrath Family to see what new trades they had in to see if they would work. he found a few different trucks we did not see earlier in the week but ended up being the PERFECT fit for our budget and our needs.
