Watch the Price Stopped into look at a car. Had a test drive and it was good. I liked the car. I asked about the price. Salesman didn't know he said maybe 26,000 I Stopped into look at a car. Salesman didn't know he said maybe 26,000 I asked him to go check the price while he did that I checked on my phone verified stock number on the car & it showed 16, 999 on line. Salesman comes back 18,999. I asked him what the deal was? I go back into my phone & the the price has jumped up to 18, 999 on line. After talking a bit they go back to the 16, 999. "Internet deal they didnt know about" they said. Are you not the dealer? Do you not enter the price? No mattet the trust is gone. Would of been the second car I purchased form there in the last year. First car they started 3, 000 over NADA book value. Again an error. I can see one time but two times? I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble, But I know this is not right. Put the PRICE ON YOUR CARS. Problem solved. Off my soap box. Thank You More

Better then expected I test drove about seven different SUV's. My salesman was very patient and listened to what I wanted. They let me take a vehicle overnight which was a really good thing because I decided after all the hype of it I really didn't like it. They had one that had just come in from trade and put it right into service and detail so I could see it. That was the one I decided on. Coming to an agreement is always a back and forth conversation. It wasn't bad at all. I didn't feel pressured. I got what I wanted and don't feel cheated by the price at all. After purchasing my SUV there were a few things that needed to be fixed. They gave me a loaner while they were working on my vehicle. My salesman kept in contact with me while it was being serviced and let me know the status. From start to finish it was a good experience. More
