Horrible Customer Service I thought the sales team was very good and helpful but once they got you in it was a different story. The service department could care less about you I thought the sales team was very good and helpful but once they got you in it was a different story. The service department could care less about you or your car and when I escalated to Eric Sanstrom the owner it became apparent that service and the customer experience was not a focus or even consideration of this dealership. Prompt service but it took 2 visits to correct problem Kept getting a check engine light in 15 Tahoe. Brought it in for repairs and codes said oxygen sensors were bad and engine running rich replaced sens Kept getting a check engine light in 15 Tahoe. All was well for a couple of weeks and then check engine light came on again. Brought back and same two codes appeared. Was told it is now internal high pressure fuel pump. Cost now $1200. Now $1900 into repairs for same reoccurring codes More

Crazy expensive to replace a broken tail light The service people were friendly & they did get me in and out fairly fast. However, paying upwards of $800 to replace a tail light is really criminal. I could have purchased the part online for half the price but needed to have this fixed in a timely manner. Huge rip-off!!! And after paying $775 for the part, they charge $75 on top of that to install it! Very unfair and disappointing to the customer. More
Review for Service Dept I have owned, bought a few from, and serviced numerous Chevy's over the past 15 yrs at this dealership and have had an overall very positive experien I have owned, bought a few from, and serviced numerous Chevy's over the past 15 yrs at this dealership and have had an overall very positive experience with their service department,. At one point (when I had 3 teenage drivers), I actually had four Chevy's being serviced here on a fairly regular basis for oil changes etc. (I should have asked for a fleet discount -LOL). During my most recent service appointment (on 1/16/18), both the Service Manager (Ralph), the service advisor (Marissa) and the mechanic/tech (whose name I regret I can't recall) were all great . The Mechanic/Service Tech even took the time to personally go over a few things on the car I should check on more frequently now that the car is getting near a 100K miles. Plus Ralph (the Service Manager) even advised me of an internet service special price discount for the coolant flush on my car (and which I was there for anyway in addition to also getting an oil change and tire rotation) and that saved me about 40 bucks. In my opinion, having dealt with this service department for a long time on numerous cars, Ralph (the Service Manager) is what really makes the difference for this Chevy dealership's service department. He does an exceptional job of trying to keep his customers happy and does a great job insuring that there is good communication re car repairs/service among the service advisors, the service techs/mechanics and the customers..
