I inquired with Zach at Mark Allen about a 2021 Suburban Z71 and was told there was absolutely no flexibility on the price—even though the vehicle has been listed since 12/21/24, according to the Carfax. Af Z71 and was told there was absolutely no flexibility on the price—even though the vehicle has been listed since 12/21/24, according to the Carfax. After that, I went online and found lower pricing through their own “e-price” tool, which showed I qualified for a first responder discount. Prices were also lower through Sam’s Club and Costco. Shipping options felt off too—Zach quoted me $1,500 to ship, $1,000 to drive it to me, and $500 to meet halfway in Joplin. Today I saw the same SUV on TrueCar listed for even less, with shipping to my front door for just $430. Overall, the experience felt shady and inconsistent. Buyers beware. More
