Trish Hampton at Mark Chevrolet was the best to work with for my latest lease. When my last lease was up in September of 2021, she informed me of the options I had, and I decided to get an extension on my ex for my latest lease. Upon our conversation she mentioned that they currently had 3 2022 Equinox available, She gave me my options to extend my current 2019 Equinox lease. I have been a very loyal customer of Gordon Chevrolet for years along with several family members but when my lease was due I started talking with a new sale person there because mine had retired. Well, I would hate to see their worst. She did nothing to help me and just told me there were no cars available. There was so much more to how I was treated but that day I walked in and out of their doors for the last time. I was going to start shopping around that day and a friend referred me to Trish Hampton at Mark Chevrolet. She was so sweet from the minute I meet her. She explained to me that I could build and order a car and would get it faster than waiting for one. I was never informed about doing this at Gordon Chevrolet. We built my new Traverse in mid February and I picked it up yesterday April 6th. Trish was a pleasure to work with. She was in constant communication about the vehicle. I will not be going back to Gordon Chevrolet and would never refer them to anyone. I have found a new home at Mark Chevrolet working with Trish Hampton. I highly recommend her.
