Charging for work not done Took my GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mark my tires because of a prior problem with another dealership not rotating them when requeste Took my GMC in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mark my tires because of a prior problem with another dealership not rotating them when requested. Once again this happened to me. They changed the oil ( I think) but did not rotate the tires. They never said they didn't rotate them and were leading me to the cashier to pay! I pointed out that they were not rotated and the excuse was they couldn't find the wheel lock key. Why didn't you call me is what I said. I had to wait while they rotated them. More
