Mark Snuggs took exceptional care of my husband and I.... We were treated very well from the time we entered the building, up until the time we purchased our beautiful new vehicle and left the office!!! We were greeted with warm smiles, and a firm hand shake. The bathrooms were very clean! The entire building is very nicely designed, and a beautiful work space. We never felt pressured or pressed to make a decision on buying a vehicle! That's so very important to us! We love our new vehicle and we highly recommend Mark Ficken Ford and their awesome team (Mark Snuggs) to everyone who may be looking for a new or used vehicle. Liars and crooks. I paid $2653.00 for a Ford Premium Care Extended Warranty. But I have checked with Ford Motor several times and they say I have no extended warranty at all. I have contacted the F&I manager Extended Warranty. But I have checked with Ford Motor several times and they say I have no extended warranty at all. I have contacted the F&I manager at Mark Ficken Ford numerous times who says it will be handled. But it is now almost 3 months and the warranty is still not in play. My next call is to the State Attorney General's office as this is plain theft. Plus if you plan to buy one of their vehicles be prepared to be hit with a $799.00 document fee. Go somewhere else. More

I took my 2018 f 150 in for warranty work ! They did not do the work ! They did not even look at it! The kept telling me the part was on backorder! I took it to another dealership! They fixed it!
