Outstanding experience - best ever with a car dealership. My wife and I went to the dealership during the weekend to view the SUV we found on the internet at a reasonable price and in the color I wanted. Bla My wife and I went to the dealership during the weekend to view the SUV we found on the internet at a reasonable price and in the color I wanted. Blake saw us walking up and held the door open for us and asked if he could assist. We told him the car we wanted to view and he directed us to the lounge area and offered us water while he went to bring the car for us to view. He came back several minutes later and apologized but said the car battery was dead and the manual key wasn't working. He said a technician would have to work on it before we could view it and that would be Monday. I thanked him and said we would let him know. Later in the week I called Blake and asked about seeing the car and he offered to bring it to my work place (which is almost an hour drive from the dealership) for a test drive. I took him up on his offer and he was promptly on time and I drove it and he was very good about explaining options on the car and allowing me to take my time in checking it out - about an hour and one-half. A couple days later I called Blake and made an offer which was accepted. When we picked the car up a couple days later it was clean, gas tank full, and they treated us like customers like to be treated. I would definitely buy another vehicle from this dealership and recommend Blake - he doesn't pressure you, but is patient and makes the car buying experience pleasant instead of a hassle. More

Integrity Bought a certified 2015 MKX on Dec 14 2017. The Cert was checked there was two key fobs with spare keys. When I got back to Nashville Tn I saw one o Bought a certified 2015 MKX on Dec 14 2017. The Cert was checked there was two key fobs with spare keys. When I got back to Nashville Tn I saw one of the fobs was broken and the spare key missing. I have called numerous times and talked to Greg and the sales manager and they tell me they will get me a replacement and call me back to let me know the status of the problem. It has been six weeks and I have not gotten a replacement and no one has ever called me like they promised. Once you are out the door you are on your own. More
