Best Car Buying Experience Ever Our 2013 Ford Edge was totaled in March 2017. It took us a month to arrive at a final settlement. During that time we were planning on replacing it Our 2013 Ford Edge was totaled in March 2017. It took us a month to arrive at a final settlement. During that time we were planning on replacing it with another Edge. However, we discovered that we could consider a Lincoln MKX for about the same price. That is how we connected with Blake at Felix Sabates. The service from Felix Sabates Lincoln and Blake was phenomenal. We actually hate the whole car buying experience...... the pushy sales staff, being at the dealership, the chaos involved...... we experienced NONE of that. We scheduled an appointment to see and test drive the MKX and MKT. When we got there, Blake was ready and had both vehicles cleaned and ready for us to try. He never pushed a thing the whole time and patiently answered all of our questions. We test drove both vehicles and then told him we had to think about it. He was gracious and never once pushed us to commit. Blake was at all times communicative and knowledgeable. We had very specific needs and wants and Blake helped us narrow the options down to get a vehicle that would give us everything we were looking for. Only there was one small problem - the vehicle didn't exist and was not in any inventory across the country (yes - he checked inventory in the entire USA). So, we custom ordered it to be built. We had to wait 8 weeks, but it was every bit worth the wait to have a vehicle that has everything we wanted. If that wasn't enough to impress us, the communication with keeping us apprised of the status of the build of the car was nice. When the vehicle was delivered, Blake called us to inform us it was ready. We applied for financing that day and was approved in a matter of minutes. And, the best part..... Blake delivered our vehicle in our driveway so we didn't have to drive to the dealership in rush hour traffic and contend with two vehicles. We signed all of our paperwork in the peace and quiet of our back patio. Now that's service! We only visited the dealership once... and that was to test drive it. Everything else was conducted via email and phone calls. And to have the car delivered to your home was the proverbial cherry on top of the sundae. This is what a car buying experience should be. Felix Sabates and Blake now have customers for life. More
