I'm not normally one to do ratings unless the customer services experience is exceptional, and exceptional is still selling it short of how great of an experience I had with Mark Snuggs at Mark Ficken Fo services experience is exceptional, and exceptional is still selling it short of how great of an experience I had with Mark Snuggs at Mark Ficken Ford Lincoln. I was hit a few weeks ago and my old car got totaled. I was stressed about having to find a new car and "deal" with the people selling it to me because I know there are so many untruthful places out there. I was searching online and found the most beautiful Lincoln, at a price that dropped my jaw so low I actually reached out to ask what was wrong with it because it seemed too good to be true. Mark reached out first thing in the morning and we talked about their pricing, and the honest truth is that they are just a fair truthful dealership. This car was in perfect condition, and had the most perfect carfax history I've seen a vehicle have. We set up a time for me to come take a look and test drive it, and the service didn't even stop there. Mark helped me figure numbers, save money, helped me get a way to the dealership after I had to return my rental,and leave the dealership completely taken care of, and feeling like family. When I say Mark made me enjoy the process of buying a new vehicle I mean he made it to where I will never look somewhere else but here, with him, when I need a new car years from now. I have never had someone so dedicated and loyal to not just their job, but to helping people and finding a way to take care of them no matter the road block. If it weren't for Mark, I don't know where I'd be or how much I would have had to dish out to get there. I am so appreciative. If you need a new car and you came across this review, take it as a sign that you were meant to see this, and you were meant to find your new car here. Stop looking anywhere else because it seriously does not and will not get better than this. More

Had inquired with Tatum over a year ago. That car didn’t work but he understood my needs, stayed in touch and found just the car I was looking for. Made an appointment but it was his day off. I never felt rushed during demo drive. Noted a couple of cosmetic issues they fixed right away. We made deal and they delivered the car (100 miles away)when it was ready. Great experience. Worst experience ever. This place is a joke. Very unprofessional, inconsiderate. The sales person was extremely irritating that we did not buy into his scheme. Great place to get a vehicle. I spec’d out what I wanted and Tatum found exactly what I asked for. I wanted “Used” so it took a little longer than “New”.
