The vehicle was not fueled with gas. I had to return the next day to have it filled. I asked why the vehicle had 350+/- miles and was told it was probably transferred from another dealership. I later found a registration dated 2 months prior stating it was a demo vehicle. I noticed a cracked cover over one of the seat components on the floor 4 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and they refused to cover it stating it wasn't delivered that way. I can assure you it wasn't anything I did. Being a demo vehicle, I'm sure it wasn't checked for a second time after delivery. I was told running boards weren't available for the Aviator, yet when I searched on Lincoln accessories, I found that they were available. I would not recommend this dealership. More

My car was never picked up or delivered when service was required. Their concierge service never called or even gave me a loaner car. I finally just bought a jeep to use in the interim as they would not give me a loaner. As my lease was nearing the end, I was offered a new version of my car at over $100.00 less a month. Why was I paying so much to begin with??? More
