It was as good an experience as car buying can be with one exception. I called before I arrived to let them know I had a very short time frame because of another commitment later that day. I was hoping to look at 3 cars i had already told them about, make a really short test drive, and agree to purchase one in 45 minutes. I repeated that when I arrived, but it took over 2 hours even though I kept trying to rush it. They kept having to go to the back for 5 or 10 minutes to get information or consult a manager. One time my wife and i had gotten up to walk out when the salesperson finally showed up. When we went back to pick up the car, I again hoped for a quick experience and asked them to hurry. We were paying cash but it still took almost 90 minutes which put us right in the middle of South Charlotte 5:15pm traffic. As a result the trip home took and hour and a half instead of about 45-50 minutes. More
