I called Jock 2 days ago to discuss some things and haven't heard back. the extra $7680 threw off my financing strategy which was originally going to be 3 years at 1.9% of $285.99. The added insurance knocked my total monthly outlay up $104 and added a year to my contract. This isn't something easily handled by someone on a fixed income. More

Literally sat around waiting on finance folks to do their job. Information was all wrong. They weren’t in a hurry; it showed. Also for all this waiting, they charge you $799 to “handle this transaction”. If you value your time, what you get for your money, and the punctuality of others, shop at another dealer. More
