Such a wonderful, seamless experience working with Mark Snuggs and the rest of the Mark Ficken Lincoln team. After doing my own research for several months, my wife and I visited this dealership to test dr Snuggs and the rest of the Mark Ficken Lincoln team. After doing my own research for several months, my wife and I visited this dealership to test drive the Navigator. Mark walked us through all of our questions and oriented us to everything about this vehicle. By the end of even our first visit, our decision was made. Kudos to Mark and the team for making that decision relatively easy for us. Shortly after we ordered our 2023 Navigator L Black Label with the exact features we wanted, especially to keep the kids happy, occupied, and comfortable on road trips. Placing the order was very quick and we were on our way. Mark walked us through expected timeline and what to expect next, with Lincoln Production sending update emails periodically. In about 2.5 months our Navigator arrived, we worked with Mel on financing & reviewing other protection options, and Mark walked us through everything we needed to know as we took it home. The Navigator is truly spectacular. We 100% made the right decision. The customer service at this dealership is terrific - from the first visit & ongoing. I also like the idea of having all of our future service & maintenance taken care of in the same location. I do find it almost comical that during our visits to Cadillac and GMC dealerships, the staff acted like we were lucky to have their time.
