Sales personnel have no idea of inventory. When going to dealership first contacted by a salesman that said he only sells Lincolns and can't help me with Ford's. He then said he would get me When going to dealership first contacted by a salesman that said he only sells Lincolns and can't help me with Ford's. He then said he would get me A Ford salesman. After standing around I just got in my car and was leaving and a salesman came out and stopped me. I told him and showed him a truck listed for sale. He said he will go and check the computer. I had given him the stock number and vin and he came back and said we do not have that truck it is in Florida BUT WILL. Show me others and I left. Called later and they advised OH yea we have it on the lot. Totally eneapt dealership would not waist your time. More

Simple, Quick, Efficient I showed up at the dealership, after a failed trip at another dealership (rude, bad service). Wasn't in a hopeful mood, as my day had not been good. Trey met me at the top of the lot, and after a brief convo, he let me browse alone, unpressured. Mybqife and I found a car that we liked, found Trey, and in about 2 hours we walked out with that car. That was with a trade. They even gave the car a fresh clean, and full tank of gas (something I've been denied at other dealerships) without asking. Top of the line service. More
