DISAPPOINTED!! Greg Jordan was my salesman, the buying process was fine on March 13th I wanted all weather mats for my car in this deal, first Greg told me that ther Greg Jordan was my salesman, the buying process was fine on March 13th I wanted all weather mats for my car in this deal, first Greg told me that there was no money in the deal to get the mats, then he said that he would get the mats for me but they were out of stock. I waited about a week and called Greg about the mats and he told me that he was off but when he got back he would check to see if they were back in stock. I heard nothing from him. I later had to come and get my licenses plate and asked Greg about the mat again he again told me that the mats were still out of stock and he said that he would have them sent to me in 7-10 days, but was adamant that I give him a good review because "that's what feeds his family" that was on a Saturday March, 30th. So Monday I decided that I would no longer wait for him and called the Parts Department to see if they were back in stock to order them. I spoke to a gentleman (can't recall his name) asking him were the mats for my particular car back in stock. He stated to me that they have never been out of stock of these mats. I decided to go ahead and purchase my own mats. I am totally upset and angry regarding this matter and I feel like if Greg Jordan did not want to get the mats for me he should have said so. I also feel that he is very disingenuous and very untrustworthy which is very bad in the business that he is in...but I also feel... what can you expect he is a SALESMAN. Once the deal was done ...so was I. More

Dealership doesn't support Ford Employees. was prepared to purchase a vehicle at the dealership, Salesman Greg Jordan at the dealership informed me that they would not honor employee pricing on was prepared to purchase a vehicle at the dealership, Salesman Greg Jordan at the dealership informed me that they would not honor employee pricing on a navigator. I was quite surprised that they don't stand behind for employee pricing, especially for a 15 year employee. If they aren't taking care of their own employees, i'd be really cautious being a customer off the street. More
