Whenever Josh was unsure about whether or not a certain action could be performed or not, Josh would always ask us to wait as he checked with his managers, showing that he is determined to give us the correct information rather than pretending he knows the answer. Whenever we waited for a while, Josh would ask us if we were doing okay and offer us drinks and snacks during our wait, and despite us being rather tedious customers to deal with, Josh understood our situation and was incredibly patient with us as well. Despite today being his day off, he was quite determined about providing us with this car as soon as we needed it (and we are on a bit of a time crunch) and as a result, he came in to work and helped us throughout the process. Overall Josh provided us with great service and was very easy to talk to and make discussions with. He is a very patient and determined worker who really tries to keep his customers walking out the door happy, therefore I see him as a great dealer. More
