Lied to me My personal mechanic told me what was wrong with my car when my check engine light came on. Being under warranty I took it to kia dealership. They tol My personal mechanic told me what was wrong with my car when my check engine light came on. Being under warranty I took it to kia dealership. They told me that what my mechanic said wasn't true. A week later my check engine light came on again and I took it back to kia. They finally confirmed what my mechanic told me in the first place. They wasted my time and money. STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TOO! More

Lifetime tires are Not really free cost $100 I bought the warranty for lifetime tires and had a blow out .. Not Covered. Then went discount tires and was told that my front tires thread is worn a I bought the warranty for lifetime tires and had a blow out .. Not Covered. Then went discount tires and was told that my front tires thread is worn and should be replaced. i had to buy 2 rear tires from having the blow out so i went to mark kia who sold me the lifetime tires replacement for the two front tires which i was told should be replaced but was told that the front tires were not woren down enough but got an approval to replace the two front tires but it still cost me a$110 for the alignment! And the New tires were Not placed on the rear but put on the front which when i had to buy the new rear tires was months before. And was told that the newest tires should always be placed on the rear of the car??And had all the valve caps on when i took it in and got it back with one of the caps missing! More

I’ve have literally waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation before. At Mark Kia, they said 1 hour and they got me out in less than that. I was pleasantly surprised.
