Instead of working with me, this dealership ran me through a series of bait-and-switch tactics: • They promised they could beat my existing financing, then told me it wasn’t possible unless I put $40,000 down, a complete misrepresentation. • They ran my credit in the process, despite not honoring what they promised. • When I kept following up to present my offer, only $1,000 lower and then only $500 lower when I raised it than the $126K price they later said they’d sell for, management decided they “wouldn’t do business with me.” Because I was too persistent. In the end, they dropped their price to almost exactly what I had been offering all along, proving I was right about the market. Instead of professionalism, I got arrogance and dishonesty. If you value a straightforward experience, avoid this dealership. More

I give this rating because although the vehicle is great...overpriced because of the lack of vehicles due to COVID, the dealership was not transparent or honest in defining other costs. After driving 4 1/2 hours to get the vehicle, we learned of this charge. Although the staff was congenial, when the owner was called, he would not budge on the price even though he made a nice sum of money with the jacked-up price. All integrity of this individual was lost and I can't recommend anyone who can't be honest esp with a significant purchase such as this. More

I originally found the car online after searching for quite a few months to find exactly what we were looking for. I'm so glad that I inquired, the Durango was exactly what I was expecting from the ad and the beautiful photos that they posted. We arrived near closing time to look at it and they stayed late to let us take the time that we needed to look it over and answer all of our questions, by the time we left we knew we wanted it. I received a phone call late morning the next day from Jordan Good explaining the financing options. He was able to get us approved at half the interest rate we were currently paying on our Lexus with a lower payment, not to mention a fair trade value. Overall, this was a great dealership to work with. They have a great team that I loved working with and a large selection of vehicles to choose from. I was initially impressed with the depth of their inventory. There were several vehicles that I liked within my price range. Once I started working with them, I knew that I would purchase from them if I could find what I wanted. I test drove 6 different trucks before deciding, and Allen, who I was working with, was very patient and never tried to push me in one direction or another. The dealership is a friendly, no pressure place that operates within a family type atmosphere. The key takeaway was that I was never pressured, and the prices were very competitive. And the sales staff were very knowledgeable on their inventory. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a used truck. More
