Wow, what a great dealership! From the moment I walked on to the lot, I felt like I was being treated like a king. I sat down with my salesman (Doug Lund) and let him know that I was a poor student, and that to the lot, I felt like I was being treated like a king. I sat down with my salesman (Doug Lund) and let him know that I was a poor student, and that $$ did not come easily into my hands, and asked him what we could do. He asked me some questions, and we decided upon trying to lease a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I was worried because I didn't have a down payment, my credit isn't the best, and I wanted low monthly payments, and Doug was able to get it all for me. He would run numbers, then look at his computer and say to himself "we can do better" and would change a few factors and run them again. The whole time Doug and I were seated, talking 'business', Josh was running back and forth, getting my anything and everything I needed. As soon as I chose the car that I wanted, he seemed more excited than I did about the choice. He gassed it up, washed it, and treated me like I was buying a Ferrari. What a great place. I really recommend them, and I will absolutely be returning at the end of my lease. p.s. Ask for Doug, he'll help you out! More
The Mark Miller Sales team worked hard to get us the right price, and APR. Numbers were up front and didn't change. Perfect!!! Mike Fuhriman is the best!!! This is the second Tacoma that I've purchased right price, and APR. Numbers were up front and didn't change. Perfect!!! Mike Fuhriman is the best!!! This is the second Tacoma that I've purchased from this salesman. Both times my wife and I traveled from Twin Falls to Salt Lake City around 230 miles which is farther away than several other Toyota dealerships. I do tons of research before buying and my questions are many. Mike knows everything about these trucks and was able to answer every question. More
“ Andy Ross was superb. Professional, pleasant, knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us and gave us the information we needed to make a decision. I have been less impressed with the service knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with us and gave us the information we needed to make a decision. I have been less impressed with the service department but am hoping that that area will improve and it was an anomaly.” More
We had a great experience with our purchase of our new Tacoma. I did some research before the purchase and they gave us a good deal. Ours was a great experience there. Dave LaCourse was courteous and professional through the whole process; and the other Mark Miller people left a good impression from start to finish. I just want to say that Angela was fantastic ... very pleasant every time I talked to her and I never felt pressured or duped. After the terrible experience I had at Stephen Wade in St. George, I can't pleasant every time I talked to her and I never felt pressured or duped. Mark Miller has done an excellent job of putting the customer first in his dealerships. I had a wonderful experience there and will buy my next car from him. I was particularly impressed by Rob Bever customer first in his dealerships. I had a wonderful experience there and will buy my next car from him. I was particularly impressed by Rob Beveridge and his kind, honest approach toward me. He was helpful and of great assistance to me. At no point did I feel unduly pressured or mistreated, rather, I felt comfortable and respected. This is certainly an anomaly in the world of car dealerships and I greatly appreciate it. More
Bought a new FJ Cruiser from this dealer in April of 2008. I had picked out the Yellow Fusion color featured in the sales brochure and was told that Miller had none in stock and would have to special o 2008. I had picked out the Yellow Fusion color featured in the sales brochure and was told that Miller had none in stock and would have to special order. After signing the deal, manager came in and said Toyota had "discontinued" this color and it would no longer be available, so I picked out another color, Brick, and thought no more about until today I just happened to notice a new FJ ad on TV featuring the yellow color. These guys are nothing more than liars and apparently will tell you anything to buy from them. Oh, service sucks as well having been charged $70 for a basic oil change service after having a $20 discount coupon from THEM refused because it "wasn't good against a synthetic oil change". xxxx WILL FREEZE OVER before I buy from them again. These guys are just a bunch of pirates!!! More
I just purchased a 2009 Highlander Hybrid Limited from Mark Miller Toyota and feel compelled to comment on the experience. For background, I’ve purchased about 12 autos over the past 30+ years, most of th Mark Miller Toyota and feel compelled to comment on the experience. For background, I’ve purchased about 12 autos over the past 30+ years, most of them new, so I have experience with dealership sales, all in Salt Lake City. The Internet has fortunately improved the information available to buyers and MM is doing a good job of using the Internet to inform and attract buyers. Promptly after I sent off a query with specific model and option interests, I received a professional response from Dave LaCourse and Spencer Williams. This included a detailed Internet price breakdown including MSRP and invoice prices. This allowed me to focus my research into what might be a fair price, including a fair profit for the dealer. My meeting with Dave was low key and cordial and included test drives of two models. My trade-in (a 2002 Highlander Limited) was appraised fairly and the bottom line costs of my new vehicle clear. The purchase experience with Doug Lund included a review of all the optional extras that often don’t make much sense for the average buyer, but Doug did a great job of explaining the pros and cons. I actually decided on an extended warranty (I know, it’s a Toyota), but I decided it might be a good idea given the Limited’s complex Nav features, etc. There is an option to be refunded the unused cost at trade-in, but I think the peace of mind three to six years down the road is worth the lost opportunity cost of the money for the extended warranty. I also added the Clear Guard option that I had on my 2002 and really liked. One other thing, despite being handed a receipt for my down payment—I reserved the model that I wanted and was due to be delivered in a few days—I forgot to give this to Doug when we were doing the paperwork. I notified Doug and Dave, and within one week the deposit check was in my mailbox. My experience with the sales staff at Mark Miller Toyota was excellent with none of the hype, pressure, and frustration that I have experienced elsewhere. They are a class organization and demonstrated professionalism throughout my buying experience. I think I’ll check out their service department in the future. More
