I lost the key to my 4Runner and went there to get a new one. I gave them my VIN number and a new key made, but it didn't work right. When they told me they wanted $400 to replace all the locks and ignition I thought something was up. I ended up going to another Toyota dealer who was able to produce a perfect key without a problem. More
