I live in Moab about 230 miles away but because of Mark Miller's repu I purchased a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Mark Miller Toyota in Salt Lake City. I live in Moab about 230 miles away but because of Mark Miller's reputation, I drove to Salt Lake City to buy my car. I am glad that I did. The price was excellent, my trade-in value was higher than expected, and the staff was easy to deal with. I have also returned a few times for normal maintenance. I have been really impressed by the efficiency of the experience. More

Brought my car in for an oil change but told them about a couple of other concerns I had with the vehicle and although not on the schedule they took t Brought my car in for an oil change but told them about a couple of other concerns I had with the vehicle and although not on the schedule they took time to look over my concerns and show me exactly what was going on. I had originally brought my car in for an oil change because I thought that's why my service light was on but they informed me I wasn't due for my oil change for another 2000 miles, they offered to rotate my tires for me since that's what was due, I explained I purchased the tires somewhere else and they rotate them for free. No problem or pressure at all, they informed me what my next service would entail and gave me a detailed list of my cars maintenance history, washed my car for me and I was on my way. I was there maybe 30 minutes. More

They communicate with while I wait, and their waiting area is always clean and inviting. They are conveniently located in Salt Lake City, and even with my recent move to Sandy, UT being further away now from their location, there is no other dealership I would have service my vehicle than Mark Miller Toyota. I've been using them for my service needs since 2003 for my 2002 tundra whic I have just had another great experience from Mark Miller Toyota Service. I've been using them for my service needs since 2003 for my 2002 tundra which now has 360,000 miles and cruizn along great!! Wendell McMullen has been my service adviser there for 16 years and I wouldn't know what to do without him. I recently added a 2017 tundra to the mix and love it!! Wouldn't go anywhere else ..!! More

We especially appreciated the attention the young lady gave to us in setting all the sonar, radar, phone connections, etc. She did a great job explaining things to us. More
They Wrecked my car! I recently took my car in for an oil change. While they had my car, they proceeded to wreck it. They took it to their body shop, told me it would be a I recently took my car in for an oil change. While they had my car, they proceeded to wreck it. They took it to their body shop, told me it would be a week and that they would be in contact with me. After 2 weeks, and NO communication from them, I finally get a call that my car is ready. I go to pick it up, and things are NOT CORRECT!!! I am going to have to take it back to their body shop AGAIN to try to get this fixed! After crashing my car, and lowering it's value in the process, they have now also inconvenienced me for over 2 weeks, I am going to have to be without my car even longer, and their answer to this "Well, your gas tank was empty and we filled it up for you." It's a 12 gallon gas tank! That is supposed to make up for the crappy service I got, and them wrecking my car so it is now valued less if I go to sell it?!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! And I deal with Comcast!! More
