I asked him to look at a problem that had been identified by another person that should have been picked up on the Certified inspection before it was put up for sale. They did the service that was scheduled and fixed the additional issue with no complaints. The main service was paid for at the time I bought the vehicle and there was no confusion or problem with that. They did everything right with regard to keeping things clean and social distancing. Once the work is finished, they fill me in on anything I may need to be aware of and how my car is doing. They also wash and vacuum my car, at no charge, whenever I stop in. Cheerful and efficient I took my vehicle in for a wash job only. It was raining the day I had my RAV 4 serviced and they offered to wash it on a better day. When the weather was sunny I took the car back and told them I only wanted it washed as it was raining on the day it was serviced. They very cheerfully took my vehicle, invited me to wait inside, and a short time later came to where I was seated and told me it was done. This was on a very busy day for them, and there was no place it park it in the normal area, so the service employee brought the car to a place next to the door we were at and ensured we were safely inside.
