We appreciate that you got us involved when you needed help fixing your flat, and I'm glad that we even offered to fix it free of charge. It's definitely disappointing that your tire was damaged beyond repair, but I was very glad to hear that we provided you with a 100% refund for what you paid for the replacement tire because we were able to get the tire manufacturer to do us a favor since the tires had no road hazard coverage. It saddens us that you're unhappy despite all of our efforts.

In reply to Mark Miller's response. Let me be clear....other than offering to fix my flat for free (which they did not offer to do readily), Mark Miller did NOTHING to try to satisfy me as a customer. They just kept telling me that I should have purchased the extended warranty. When the tire ended up needing to be replaced, Michelin (NOT THE DEALERSHIP) stepped up and replaced the tire for free on my brand new car. Michelin DID NOT have to do that, but unlike the Mark Miller dealership, the Michelin company obviously understands the importance of customer satisfaction and the value of creating a good relationships with people. I guarantee you, because of this experience I will definitely buy Michelin tires in the future. I also guarantee you that I will NEVER buy another car from a Mark Miller dealership. I have told my story to anyone who would listen every single one of them has expressed how stupid it was that the dealership would rather loose me as a customer than put a $200 dollar tire on my car. I also want to add that I talked to the general manager Bill Niemann about my issue. I explained to him how disappointed I was by how his employees had treated me. He had the gall to tell me that I should be ashamed of myself because I was the one who had been rude to his employees. I never raised my voice, used foul language or even expressed anger to any of his employees. I was just so disappointed that I had just purchased this car and was now finding out that all the rhetoric about caring for me as a customer was just that rhetoric. It also became very clear to my why the employees treated me the way they did, It is the culture of this dealership from top to bottom that the customer does not matter. If the general manager would tell a customer with a concern that I was rude he obviously has no customer service expertise. I was not rude, but even if I had been the GENERAL MANAGER should be better able to handle customer complaints then to tell me I had been rude and should be ashamed of myself. I love my new car, I am just very sad that what I thought was going to be a long relationship with this dealership has been tainted by the way they treated me over this issue.
