Air Bag Recall I had received a notice from Toyota about the need for replacement of the airbag in my 2012 Toyota Corolla, and I had to go to an authorized dealer. I had never been to Mark Miller before, but they were the closest. I called and made an appointment. When I went in, at first they couldn't find my appointment but they said they would be willing to fit me in that day, give me a ride home and pick me up by the end of the day. I was going to accept that, but the cashier did some more checking and found me after all. (Not sure what had happened.) I knew that it would take approximately two hours, but I had the time to wait. They have a spacious waiting area, comfortable chairs, several large-screen TVs and even a small coffee shop/snack bar area. They did tell me that there was build-up on my battery and suggested I might want a battery service, but there was no pressure. I agreed to this. They told me that everything else was fine with the car. They finished my car within the two hours, and had it ready for me to go. I went outside to look for my car and couldn't find it. Luckily another lady who worked there saw my confusion and helped me (my car was still in the service bay). All in all, I had as good an experience as you can have in a car repair shop, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Recommended. More

First Service (10000 miles) Mark Miller Toyota did a fantastic job changing the oil and inspecting everything in the car to insure it is safety on the road.
