Long wait, but worth it in the end! I took my car in the other day to get some work done that was covered under warranty as well as a recall issue. When I showed up the appointment I had made was not in their system (during the day they discovered the issue and fixed it!) but the person who worked with me was SUPER accomodating and was able to get me scheduled. I ended up spending about 12 hrs waiting - which was great because the wi-fi worked and I got so much work done. The complimentary drinks were excellent and I even had lunch at the cafe which was delicious and reasonably priced. Throughout the day I was keep informed of the status of the repair. In the end, they went above and beyond by taking care of more things than I had asked for - but all under warranty. Super impressed and I would definitely come back again. More

We have dealt with numerous people here over the years and the approach is the same every time - this does not happen by accident, you can absolutely tell this is a business that cares about its reputation and knows the value of return customers. As usual the sales crew (patiently) listened to every question we had, were very relaxed and down to earth (fun to talk to), value your time, and spent a lot of extra energy making sure they found the best truck for us and the best situation to get it. The finance experience was easy, every detail transparent, and they found a couple small ways we would not have anticipated to make sure we saved a little more money. I would send anyone here - this group is such a contrast to what most dealerships are becoming, these guys do it right and can look you in the eye after the deal is done. More

(I wanted a thorough inspection prior to the warranty expiration.) I was given the pricing over the phone. When I arrived, Wendell and I had a short conversation. He explained the inspection process and asked if there was anything in particular that I wanted the team to investigate. I listed a number of items, and he took detailed notes. When the inspection was complete, Wendell and I spoke once again. He gave a detailed report of my vehicle's condition, including the items that I mentioned prior to the inspection. I had a number things that I needed to address. Wendell gave me a very honest "What I would do if it were my car" opinion. It really helped me make my decisions. Furthermore, I not feel comfortable taking my car to Mark Miller Toyota for service. (This was my first time.) More

I like how good they are and were a great deal. I have had my car fixed at this location several times. It's an older model and needs TLC. Not only did they give me a better price for oil change, they left me alone to relax and wait. I didn't get bothered every few minutes trying to be up-sold. They even washed my car and for a busy Saturday I was out an hour before I needed to be to another apt. They were exceptional. I will not get my car serviced by anyone else now. More

Eric Twitchell was my sales guy and he made me feel so secure about buying my Prius, he was knowledgeable and friendly, was not in a hurry even thou it tool me 2 visits and the second one the dealer was basically closing but he made sure to stay trough all the process even after the sale was done, he waited around until i entered in my car and drove off. i gladly recommend this dealer for all my family and friends or to anyone that is unsure on what to get or even is certain they know what to go for.
