I've been using them for my service needs since 2003 for my 2002 tundra whic I have just had another great experience from Mark Miller Toyota Service. They Wrecked my car! I recently took my car in for an oil change. While they had my car, they proceeded to wreck it. They took it to their body shop, told me it would be a I recently took my car in for an oil change. While they had my car, they proceeded to wreck it. They took it to their body shop, told me it would be a week and that they would be in contact with me. After 2 weeks, and NO communication from them, I finally get a call that my car is ready. I go to pick it up, and things are NOT CORRECT!!! I am going to have to take it back to their body shop AGAIN to try to get this fixed! After crashing my car, and lowering it's value in the process, they have now also inconvenienced me for over 2 weeks, I am going to have to be without my car even longer, and their answer to this "Well, your gas tank was empty and we filled it up for you." It's a 12 gallon gas tank! That is supposed to make up for the crappy service I got, and them wrecking my car so it is now valued less if I go to sell it?!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! And I deal with Comcast!! More
