Rotate them tires! I had some things to get done downtown& it was time to Rotate the tires, so I set up an early appointment, came in, was checked in and sat down with a I had some things to get done downtown& it was time to Rotate the tires, so I set up an early appointment, came in, was checked in and sat down with a cup of very drinkable complimentary coffee and struck up a great conversation with two fellow customers that took longer than it did to rotate the tires and wash the 4Runner. Went to the cashier, who reminded me that since I'd purchased the tires, "pulloffs", from Mark Miller it was just a "thank's for coming in" morning. More

Great buying experience I've purchased two vehicles from Robin at Mark Miller Toyota. They have always been friendly, low pressure and the service department is top notch. I always use their complimentary shuttle service when I bring my vehicles in for service, as well as get a free cup of coffee while I'm there!
