I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at this dealership and have generally been happy with the service. Mark Miller has mostly steered me towards effective and beneficial services. However, this time they pushed a fuel injection cleaning service consisting of a fuel tank additive for $230. Reluctantly I agreed to have this service performed. Buyer’s remorse after researching the benefits of spending $230. My 4Runner, although it has 145,000 miles on the odometer, runs flawlessly. The consensus from my research is that this service provides little if no benefit if my engine is running well and has only a small preventative benefit at best. My observation is that this service is a borderline scam if your vehicle is running well. Pretty pathetic, 230 bucks to but a bottle of additive into your tank. Mark Miller can do better. More
