I called in to Mark Miller and their service department was able to get me FAST- faster than my schedule even allowed. When I found a date that worked for me, they made everything incredibly convenient. They were already aware of the recall and I did not have to try and explain what needed to be done. When I showed up for the appointment they arranged for a Lyft/Uber to drive me to my work, and another one approximately 4 hours later to pick me up and take me back to Mark Miller Toyota. I also took my time and walked around the lot browsing the 2019 version of my current car. I have a feeling I will be back. With the service department so knowledgeable and helpful, I would have no apprehension working with their sales team! More

Bonus was the loaner car while the work was being completed and they even found some extra coupons and washed the car. The cafe offered free beverages with a smile. He took the time to personally inspect the car, send additional pictures and answer all my remaining questions. Since I was out of town, I secured the vehicle with a refundable deposit. Kupono met me precisely at the designated time and was very patient with me throughout the test drive (and I really put him though it!).
