This Internet purchase was my best one yet! I purchased a new 4runner from Mark Miller Toyota. One of only two 4Runner's west of the Mississippi that had what I wanted was at Mark Miller. Unli I purchased a new 4runner from Mark Miller Toyota. One of only two 4Runner's west of the Mississippi that had what I wanted was at Mark Miller. Unlike most dealerships who respond to online inquiries with impersonal spam-like emails and phone messages, I was contacted directly by the internet sales team. I live three states away from the dealership, so I wanted a locked in price before commiting resources to flying out to take delivery. Instead of giving me the "come into the dealership, and we can discuss" they provided me an actual pricing worksheet. This vehicle was negotiated entirely via text messages! When it came to picking up the 4runner, most everything was ready to go. I was in/out of the dealership in 1hr45min; with no trickery or games. The finance guy was straighforward and efficient. The vehicle was washed, and gassed up. With the free snack bar/coffee/etc, it could not have been a better car buying experience. 100% recommend. More
